- Any individual who is of 18 yrs and above and residing in India is eligible to become an executive.
- All Supplies will be against payment and the executive is required to pay for the value of the products thru D.D/ Cheque favoring AYUSH MITHRA …….Payable at …….
- The company has the right to make amendments to the terms and conditions and commission structure from time to time.
- The executive will be on a nonexclusive basis and the company reserves the right to curtail/extend the plan and or curtail/extend the product range.
- The Company reserves the right to terminate any executive if he fails to achieve the sales targets or if found in the Company’s sole discretion to be involved in any anti-company activity.
- All payments from the company are subject to deduction of TDS as per rule. service charges etc…
- The Product supply is dependent upon the availability.
- The prices are subject to change and are subject to Sales Tax, Octroi ,Delivery Charges etc….
- Products once sold will not be taken back.
- Applicants must submit their photo, ID Proof, Address proof and Pan card details.
- Applicants must submit their bank account details for online remittance of payment from the company.
- The executive shall not deal with any competing products Companies.
- All the postal courier charges are to be borne by the agents. The company is not responsible for any delay or non-receipt of goods.
- The company takes responsibility only for amount remitted to its bank and receipted.
- The company is not responsible for any misrepresentation / wrongunderstanding / misconduct / misappropriation / false counseling etc … by any executive / dealer / customer etc..
- All Disputes are subject to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration Act.
- All disputes are subject to Chennai jurisdiction only.
